Click here for our flyer. Scarecrows will be set up on the lawn at the Arthur B. Powers municipal complex, October 11,12 & 13. The public will get to vote for Berlin's Best Scarecrow. Complete information is on the flyer.
Registration starts Monday, September 22, on-line or at the Parks and Recreation office.
