The following permits and licenses can be obtained from the Town Clerk's office:

• Marriage License (available by appointment only).  For more information click on "Getting Married in Berlin" under Topics of Interests to the right.
• Fillable Dog License Application - For more information click on "Dog Licenses" under Topics of Interests to the right.
• Effective October 1, 2025, liquor permits will no longer be recorded with town clerks. For additional information on licenses and permits visit the Department of Consumer Protection’s website.
• Hunting & Fishing licenses are available for purchase online by visiting the CT DEEP Website.
