The Berlin Visiting Nurse Association consists of Registered Nurses (RNs), who along with the patient, the physician, and the family, develop and follow a personalized plan of care for each patient.

The Berlin Visiting Nurse Association staff receives ongoing supervision and in-service education. All care is provided under the written direction of a physician.
