I grew up in town and started as a playground supervisor when I was in High School.  I attended Southern Connecticut State University and received a B.S. degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies.  After graduation I worked for over 7 1/2 years  as a Recreation Supervisor for the City of Middletown Parks and Recreation Department and came to Berlin in 1995 to become the Assistant Director of Recreation and now the Superintendent of Recreation.
