Status of Pending Affordable Housing Applications: 550-554 Berlin Turnpike 

The applicant for the Affordable Housing/8-30g applications for 550-554 Berlin Turnpike has requested the applications be postponed to the April 18, 2024 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

In addition, at an April 3, 2024 special meeting, the Commission voted favorably on a proposed settlement/stipulated judgment of a pending court appeal of the Commission’s denial of prior development plan for the subject properties. The above-referenced affordable housing/8-30g applications are to be withdrawn when the court approves the settlement/stipulation.
